Learn about the Toronto Transit Commission’s efforts to implement a comprehensive business continuity program. This session will cover the essential elements of an effective program, the application of continuity practices to planned events, and opportunities for collaboration with resilience stakeholders and partners.

  • Gain insights into enhancing collaboration and integration with resilience stakeholders and partners.

Guest Speaker Randy Yeboah is the Director of Business Continuity and Resilience with the Toronto Transit Commission, North America’s third largest transit system. His career spans over a decade and includes roles in emergency management and business continuity in the public and private sectors.
 
Randy has a Master’s in Disaster and Emergency Management from York University and is a Certified Business Continuity Professional through DRI Canada. He is passionate about minimizing the impacts of disruptions on organizations and the communities they are rooted in.
